Founder & Executive Chef

Eric is a French Executive Pastry Chef with decades of experience, recognized for creating new and innovative pastries, and has strong knowledge of local ingredients and products with a perfect mastering of classic French techniques. He was trained at some of the best schools in France. He holds a Pastry Arts Diploma (obtained in 2010 in Nantes, France) and Cooking Studies Diploma (obtained in 2002 in Nantes, France). Eric’s work experience is extensive and has worked for some of the best well-known Haute pastry shops, restaurants, and hotels in France and Calgary

A word from Chef Eric

Bieng in the industry for over 23 years, I feel it is about time to summarize all my experience and contribute back to the community and the industry that has been so good to me. Over the years, I have had a great experience in organizing and running meals assembly sessions and running kitchens all over the world.

I have been touched by the generosity of the community and want to give back, but in a manner that will touch the maximum amount of people. By providing affordable, quality French pastries, I can introduce widely recognized yet not popular pastries in our community.

Speechless at how gorgeous our chocolate cake was. We knew it’d be good, but wow! You definitely get what you pay for. Inside it’s almost like a chocolate mousse texture and it was delicious. Will be coming here for all our birthday cake and pastry needs😊Also tried the chocolate croissants... so good

Had croissants and the lemon tart delivered today. The croissants were flaky and fresh. Flavourful and a perfect treat. The lemon tart looks divine! One of the pastry chefs delivered the treats to us themselves. Can not wait to try more treats!
